I bought this watch last week.It was good and nice packing.After a week due to failure of Spring connecting bar strap completely removed from the dial and fell down on the ground. As a result a top coverGlass completely popped out. I raised the warranty claim message through their official mail id.But there has been no response from support team so far. I don't know how to contact them because there was no contact number. If you buy this product please keep it safe otherwise Matrix support team never response your queries even you have warranty period...I completed lost my money...Worst experience.
