All MATRIX TIMEPIECE watches carry a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects only.

MATRIX TIMEPIECE follows 7 Days Easy Returns If you received different product from what you ordered. Replacement or exchange is applicable only under defined conditions within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Window

Before Processing: You can cancel your order until it is processed. Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours.

After Processing: Once processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Partial Pay Orders

• Delivery refusal at doorstep
• Undelivered due to incorrect details or unavailability

The partial payment amount will not be refunded as it covers logistics and operational costs.
