Welcome to MATRIX TIMEPIECE. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

All MATRIX TIMEPIECE watches carry a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects only.

MATRIX TIMEPIECE follows a no-return policy. Replacement or exchange is applicable only under defined conditions within 7 days of delivery.

Matrix Timepiece and its affiliates provide their services subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting or shopping with us, you accept these Terms.

These Terms supersede all previous agreements and are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

At Matrix Timepiece, we value our customers’ time and money. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered in excellent condition and within the committed delivery timeline.

To ensure smooth and reliable delivery across India, we have partnered with leading logistics and courier partners such as Ecom Express, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and other reputed courier services based on serviceability.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 working days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–6 working days

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • Free Shipping on orders with cart value of ₹1,000 and above
  • Flat ₹85 shipping charge on orders below ₹1,000
  • Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable

International Shipping

Currently, Matrix Timepiece ships only within India. International shipping is temporarily unavailable due to changes in shipping policies.

Order Cancellation, Lost & Undelivered Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled within the eligible time frame
  • Refund will be processed if the order is lost during transit
  • Refund will be processed if the order is undelivered to the provided address

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment as per standard banking timelines.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment.

Contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID at support@matrixtimepiece.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.
